Paco de Lucia is considered by many to be the greatest Flamenco Guitarist of all time. De Lucía gained fame for more than 10 albums that he recorded with renowned flamenco vocalist Camerón de la Isla and for work with American jazz pianist Chick Corea. His collaborations with guitarists John McLaughlin, Al Di Meola and Larry Coryell in the late 1970s earned him wider popularity outside his native Spain. The album Friday Night in San Francisco (with McLaughlin and Di Meola; 1981), was described as the most influential of all live acoustic guitar albums. Recordings with his own sextet include such masterpieces as Fantasia Flamenca, Fuente y Caudal, Almoraima, and Zyryab and most famous Entre dos aguas. In 2014 he won a posthumous best album Latin Grammy for Canción Andaluza.
