Today people mostly recognize Bonfa as an author of "Manhã de Carnaval", but he was really prolific guitarist and composer. He released dozens of CDs, worked with such greats as Quincy Jones, George Benson, Stan Getz, and Frank Sinatra, brought Bossa Nova to New York's Carnegie Hall. And still after 50 years his guitar playing technique is marvelous!

Just great. I knew only Manha de Carnaval by Bonfa as far. Thanks for sharing.

This was almost 50 years ago, but it still sounds great. Great technique, great feeling available for Brazilians only I think.
