This is our tribute to Les Paul, legendary guitarist and music innovator.
He died on August 13th, 2009 at age of 94.
He was a pioneer in the development of the solid-body electric guitar.
He is credited with many recording innovations, including overdubbing, delay effects such as tape delay, phasing effects, and multitrack recording.
He landed a deal with the Gibson Guitar Corporation in the early 1950s to produce the Les Paul model, which has since become the trademark instrument for artists like Jimmy Page, Al Di Meola, Slash, Billy Gibbons and Pete Townshend.
