Neal Schon met Carlos Santana, and they became friends.? Carlos asked Neal to join the Santana Band at the age of fifteen. Oddly enough, in the same week, Eric Clapton also asked Neal to join his band, Derek and the Dominoes. Neal chose to join Santana.

I played in a high school band back then about the same age as Schoenberg . We covered a lot of Santana and one of my favorites was jungle strut with the harmony guitars. See when your born with talent and improve upon it with hours and hours of practice
