I think everybody knows that Dave Mustaine was leading guitarist of Megadeth since they formed in 1981. In 1990 Marty Friedman officially joined the band. In 2004 Glen Drover joined Megadeth for the world tour who was finally replaced in 2008 by Chris Broderick.
