Luis Salinas is Argentinian guitarist, born south of Buenos Aires. He took up the guitar seriously at the age of 14.
His music is a mix of Argentinian roots, own musical heritage and American jazz.
Himseld Luis says about Jeff Beck, Joe Pass, and George Benson influenced him most.
In 1996 George Benson invited him to his home in New Jersey to play together.
He was also invited to open the 30th edition of the Montreaux Jazz Festival, where he performed with other recording artist, pianist Danilo Perez.
