Russell Malone - Jazz Guitarist

Great video presenting Russell Malone, American jazz guitarist, named Guitarist of the Year by the Jazz Journalists Association in 2011, who played on three Grammy-nominated albums with Diana Krall.
Self-taught player, Malone started his professional guitarist career playing with jazz organist Jimmy Smith at the age of 25, then in early 1990s was playing for Harry Connick, Jr. and later spent four years touring with Diana Krall.
Russell collaborated with many top names in jazz such as Ron Carter, Benny Green, Christian McBride, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Jack McDuff, Kenny Barron, Roy Hargrove and Patti Austin.
