Ulf Wakenius is renowned Swdish jazz guitarist, best known as a member of Oscar Peterson's last quartet, member of the Ray Brown trio, founder of U.W. Group with with Jack DeJohnette on drums, Bill Evans and Bob Berg on saxes, Randy Brecker on trumpet, Niels Lan Doky on piano, Chris Minh Doky and Lars Danielsson on bass.
In 2015 Wakenius played for Instrumental Sesc Brasil, a project dedicated to instrumental music and its various aspects adapted for television in 1990.
Ulf played Four on Six, a composition by genius Wes Montgomory, accompanied by Leonardo Corradi on organ and Tony Match on drums.
