Wojtek Plichowski is possibly the most recognized Polish bass player. Born in 1969 in Polish capital Warsaw, Wojtek started professional career as bass player in 1992. Three years later he released first album with his Pilichowski Band. As a session musician he recorded for popular Pilish musicians, including such names as Maryla Rodowicz, Edyta Górniak, Kasia Kowalska, Zbigniew Hołdys, Michał Urbaniak and many more. He also cooperated with foreign musicians such as Gregg Bissonette, Chris de Burgh, Enrique Iglesias or Vinnie Moore. Several times Plichowski was chosen the best Polish bass player by most prestigious Polish magazines. He's an author of three instructional books about various bass guitar techiques.
