King & Strings - Summertime

Great cover of famous "Summertime" by two of the country&blues hottest guitar players, Billy Strings and Marcus King.
King was brought up on the blues, playing shows as a pre-teen sideman with his father, the fellow bluesman Marvin King. In 2015 Marcus and his band released their debut album, Soul Insight on Warren Haynes' Evil Teen Records. The band's second full-length LP and first album for Fantasy Records, The Marcus King Band, was released on October 7, 2016.
Billy Strings' dad introduced him to classic bluegrass like Doc Watson, Del McCoury, David Grisman and Bill Monroe. Billy was also a rock and metal fan, influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, and Black Sabbath, and played in hard rock and indie rock bands in his teens
