Yamandu Costa - Summer of 42 (Michel Legrand)

One of the most famous movie soundtracks composed by Michel Legrand for the American movie "Summer of 42", directed by Robert Mulligan. Legrand's theme is played several times throughout the film, based on the memoirs of screenwriter Herman "Hermie" Raucher. The film won two awards: the Academy Award for Best Original Score, and the 1971 BAFTA Award for Best Original Music, both to Michel Legrand.
