Born in Osaka, Japa in 2003, 19 years old Kent Nishimura sterted to play guitar at the age of 5. 7 years later 12 Kent released his debut album "First Step" from Slice of Life Records, an independent label in Kyoto. Tommy Emmanuel, who listened to the album praised "Kent is the best musician I've heard in years." In 2017 Nishimura released his 2nd album "Kent Nishimura 2" and in 2018 3rd album "My Favorite Songs". On May 22, 2019, he performed at Tommy Emmanuel's Osaka performance at the request of Tommy himself.
