"Knockin' On Heaven's Door", originally written and first performed by Bob Dylan for the soundtrack of the 1973 film Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid. Also well known from covers of such artists and bands as Eric Clapton, Guns N' Roses, U2 and Avril Lavigne, to name only few.

Mama, take this badge off of me
I can't use it anymore.
It's gettin' dark, too dark for me to see
I feel like I'm knockin' on heaven's door.

I just joined. I'm new to the guitar as of today. Besides problems switching between chords, I can actually play this! Although not quite as fast yet. Very well done. Very good teaching. Thank you for posting!!
