Clapton plays accoustic version of the "Outside Woman Blues" song from Cream era. Originally the song was first time recorded by Blind Joe Reynolds in 1929, popularized by Cream in 1967, released same year on Cream's album "Disraeli Gears".

Interesting is that performed by Cream was classified as psychodelic rock. Indeed it sounds totally different, but still this is blues song first.
