Australian bass guitarist al Wilkenfeld dropped in 2002 dropped out of high school and emigrated to USA where she began to study electric guitar and after a year she switched to electric bass. graduated from Los Angeles Music Academy College of Music and in 2004 moved to New York. In 2007 joined Jeff Beck for his summer European tour. Same year she performed at Eric Clapton's 2007 Crossroads Guitar Festival.
