The video is a hoax, put together by someone with great editing skills. Footage was pulled from Gibbons and Beck's band doing 'Foxey Lady'. Jeff and Billy knew nothing about the video until they heard of it from others. So, when they did the 'Beards and Beck' tour ZZ Top did the tune and had Jeff join in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhgPu6PBJh0
