Derek Trucks - Soul Serenade

Derek Trucks, founder of The Derek Trucks Band and a member of The Allman Brothers Band (since 1999) performing "Soul Serenade" at Guitar Center's King of the Blues 2010 Competition.

Interesting fact from Truck's life is that he was most probably named Derek after Eric Clapton's band, Derek and the Dominos.
Derek played his first professional performance at age of 11. At 13 only he had played alongside Buddy Guy. In 1996 he formed The Derek Trucks Band and in 1999 he became formal member of The Allman Brothers Band
