One of most respected jazz guitarists of our times, Ralph Towner and his band Oregon, which he formed himself in 1970 performing "If" live at Viersen (Germany) during 28th International Jazz Festival in 2009.
We can say that Ralph was born already as a musician. At age of 3 he learned to improvise on the piano. Then he started trumpet lessons at five, and finally he took up guitar.
