David Russell plays Assad
David Russell and Sergio Assad are among most respected classical guitarists of our time. Both are also composing and writing new guitar arrangements.
On David's 2009 "For David" Telarc CD we can find recording of guitar pieces dedicated to David and among several compositions of 5 different composers on first place we can find "Aquarelle" suite written by Sergio Assad in 1986, which was his first attempt at composing for solo guitar.
