Presented as “The new master of the slide guitar” by the Montreux Jazz Festival, Jack Broadbent in fact is wowing international audiences with his slide guitar artistry from several years. Born and raised in rural England, Jack grew up listening to legends of rock, blues, roots and folk like Peter Green, Robert Johnson, Neil Young and Joni Mitchell, to name a few. He mastered his slide guitar, singing and performance style and started to perform public. Jack opened shows for legendary artists, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Johnny Hallyday and Robben Ford. Finally he planned his own international tour, playing sold out shows in Europe, New Zealand, Japan, the US and Canada.
In 2015 he was invited to the 50th anniversary of the Montreux Jazz Festival to give a show, 8th July 2016.
