Great instrumental ballad from Steve Vai's album "The Ultra Zone", released in 1999. The first half of the album consists mainly of instrumentals, and the second half mainly of vocal songs. The 7th track "Windows To The Soul" is exactly in the middle of it and contains some small spoken parts.
