Here you are listening to a short funny piece by Yamandu Costa, probably composed in 2004 just as an improvisation ... might be few moments prior to step on the scene . The "Chamamé " is a "duo dance" originated in the northern area of Argentina .
The style is unmistakable, the piece features several changes in rythm and speed ... I imagined this piece as it were a kind of telephone conversation, with the alternation of question and answer...from both the telephone sides ...:-)
In the last part of the piece an "improviso" is required ...and left to the imagination of the player : 2.26 - 3.14... I did what I could :-) thank you for watching

I see you're fascinated by Yamandu Costa's music. Yamandu is one of favorite guitarsists here on Veojam since many years. We find him one of the most accomplished acoustic guitarists on this Earth and certainly no 1 in Brazil. What makes him so great is his incredible musical passion that he puts into his every performance.
I can imagine it was not easy to cover one of best known pieces by Yamandu.
You really deserve respect for this nice attempt.
Regards.
