L'ultimo caffè insieme by Italkian guitarist and composer Simone Iannarelli performed by Polish classical guitarist Marcin Chiliński on his Paco Santiago Marin guitar. Not much we know about Marcin. He studied guitar in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Unfortunately his website is not working at the moment.
Much more we know about Simone Iannarelli. Born in Rome, Simone studied classical guitar with Massimo Delle Cese and graduated from the Conservatory A.Casella in L'Aquila. After moving to Paris he studied with great Roland Dyens for two years, and enrolled at the Conservatoire de La Courneuve in Paris where he studied orchestration with Guillaume Cornesson. Currently Simone is professor of classical guitar at the Institute of Fine Arts at the University of Colima (Mexico).
A guitarist Marcin Chiliński has already been giving concerts as a student of the Bydgoszcz Academy of Music in Krzysztof Pełech`s class, both as a soloist and a chamber musician, accompanied by a symphony orchestra as well. His wide repertoire consists of works of art from early music up to contemporary compositions, including the famous Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquin Rodrigo. He gained practice and refinement during numerous master courses and contests, where he won laurels. Currently, he fathoms the secrets of playing the classical guitar in German Halle at Martin-Luther University under the tutelage of professor Andrzej Mokry. He is also a successful teacher in the schools of music in Toruń and Chełmno.
Marcin plays the guitar of the Spanish violin maker Paco Santiago Marin.
