Born in 1947, Italian composer Carlo Domeniconi is considered as one of the most renowned and important contemporary composers for guitar. He's most famous for his Koyunbaba suite, inspired by Turkish music. However he scored more than 150 titles, including such works as Trilogy, Gita, Homage to Jimi Hendrix, Toccatas I-VII, to mention just a few. Domeniconi's discography as a guitairst includes 5 LPs and 7 CDs.
