Eric Clapton & The Band - Further Up On The Road

Eric Clapton was one of super stars invited to play at famous "Last Waltz" concert by the Canadian-American rock group The Band, held on American Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1976, at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco, filmed for Martin Scorsese's 1978 documentary. Clapton joined on stage The Band's members: Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, Richard Manuel, Robbie Robertson and Levon Helm to play and sing "Further Up On The Road" a blues song credited to Joe Medwick Veasey, indpendent songwriter/broker, first recorded in 1957 by Bobby "Blue" Bland.
