Widely known as instrumental rock solo guitar virtuoso, Tony McAlpine is same on the keys. In his career spanning three decades he has released thirteen studio albums. Tony has also been part of several rock supergroups including Planet X, PSMS (Portnoy/Sheehan/MacAlpine/Sherinian) and Grammy nominated CAB with bassist Bunny Brunel and drummer Dennis Chambers. MacAlpine also spent seven years playing guitar and keys in Steve Vai‘s touring band. Following a battle with colon cancer and treatment following surgery McAlpine returned healthy with new album "Death of Roses" in September 1, 2017, and with North American tours supporting the record.
