Al Di Meola and Paco de Lucia reunited at Leverkusener Jazztage 2010 to play unforgatable "Mediterranean Sundance / Rio Ancho" that opens famous album "Friday Night in San Francisco" from 1981 recorded live by famous guitar trio: John McLaughlin, Al DI Meola and Paco de Lucia.
1981 recording took place on 5 December 1980 at the famous Warfield Theatre, in San Francisco, CA. Live albym released next year is considered the most influential of all live acoustic guitar albums.
If you listen to original album Mediterranean Sundance / Rio Ancho is performed by Paco de Lucía (left channel) and Al Di Meola (right channel).
Mediterranean Sundance is Al Di Meola's composition from his 1977' album Elegant Gypsy and "Rio Ancho" is by Paco de Lucia. It's 7th track from his 1976's album Almoraima.
Please, don't bother faulty title in video (Entre dos Aguos), that's how it was recorded by German TV.

Remember how I was impressed listening first time to "Friday Night in San Francisco". It's not same after 30 years, but definetely deserves respect.
