Few words about Duo Françaix.
Isabella Selder was born in Friedberg (Bayern) and she started to play guitar at the age of 6. She has won several competitions including "Jugend musiziert", the international youth competition "Anna Amalia" in Weimar, the Rago Competition in Stuttgart, the "Roland-room competition" in Hohenstein Ernstthal.
In 2013 she performed st the International Guitar Festival Augsburg" next to such artists as Zoran Dukic, the Alegrias Guitar Trio and the Joscho Stephan Trio.
Since 2010, Isabella studies at the Academy of Music "Franz Liszt" in Weimar and spent a year scholarship of the Swiss Thyll Foundation a in Barcelona, studying at the "Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya".
She also participated in numerous master classes of such guitarists as Rafael Aguirre, Carlo Marchione, Wulfin Lieske, Marcin Dylla, Dale Kavanagh , Roberto Aussel José Antonio Escobar.
Born in Kutna Hora Czech guitarist Eliška Lenhartová also ockedup the guitar first time at the age of six. Later she was studying guitar at the music school in Zruč nad Sázavou.
In 2005 she started studies under prestigious guitarist Prof. Petr Saidl at the Conservatory in Pardubice.
In 2011 she began her studies at the Hochschule für Musik "Franz Liszt" in Weimar in the class of Prof. Thomas Müller-Pering.
