Yet another great project by Berta Rojas. This time Berta united with with the iconic chamber music ensemble from Argentina Camerata Bariloche, to record 12 works that pay special tribute to River Plate music genre.
CD "Historia del Tango" album with the most memorable pieces in the history of tango, ranging from Piazzolla, Gardel through Julian Plaza has been released in May 15, 2015. Recorded at Studio ION Buenos Aires, same where Astor Piazzolla recorded 5 of his latest albums.
Music arranged by Carlos Franzetti for classical guitar and chamber orchestra contains works from different periods and different tango styles such as Oblivion by Astor Piazzolla; The day that you love me by Carlos Gardel and Alfredo Le Peram, Night by Julian Square, Taquito Militar by Mariano Mores, South Anibal Troilo, Palomita Blanca, Por una Cabeza by Carlos Gardel.
