Official video for the song "Bleeding Heart". Originally Bleeding Heart was first recorded by the King of the Slide guitar, American Blues guitarist Elmore James and released posthumously in 1963. Hendrix recorded it at New York's Record Plant, on April 24, 1969 and this version was included on Hendrix's 2010 posthumous album, Valleys of Neptune.
Different recording of "Bleeding Heart" with Cox and drummer Buddy Miles, recorded by Hendrix month later was featured on Hendrix's posthumous album, People, Hell & Angels.

This is amazing that 50 years after Jimmy's death his songs still sound innovative and so emtional.
