I simply love New York! I go there as often as I can and last time we were there we had a lot of coffee around Manhattan. Every morning we had breakfast at the nearest “Starbucks” and during the day, we often stopped for a coffee around the city. We even found a place called "Bröd" Swedish for "Bread". It turned out to be a Swedish owner. That's what I love about NYC.
This piece is part of my “Coffee break in …” series.
In this piece, in a kind of “American musical show style”, I try to describe NYC; the continuing noise, the buzz, the romantic, peaceful Central Park, the kind people, yes even the ballad/jazz moods I find all over Manhattan.
Lots of Love,
Per-Olov

Hallo meine lieber freunde.
Vielen Dank! I have a few big concerts (one next Saturday) so I have been playing a lot on my Holt this summer and it has actually developed very much during the last 2-3 months! I am getting more and more happy with it.
When will you receive your new guitar?
CUSA,
Peo

500 days ...it will be sooner than you think. You have to compose more pieces so you can earn some more money!

What I love in Kindgren's videos apart of music is recording quality. Best classical guitar sound I could hear among thousands of other videos I've watched on internet. It's just pure pleasure to watch and listen to his videos. Wonder what mic and post processing tools are in use. And what about the birds in the background?

Dear class1960,
Thank you for your kind words. The birds are actually real and very much alive in my garden. I did not "add" them to the sound.
Here is my recording setup:
I have 2 AKG microphones (C 480 B with ULS-61 capsules) that I attach to my DSLR camera (Canon 60D). In the video editing software I add a little reverb to give the recording 'space'. That is it!
I have a very good guitar of course! A Thomas Holt, Spain from 2014 http://www.holtguitars.com
And I have worked hard all my life to know how to make a good sound and how to pluck the stings with my fingernails.
Kind regards,
Per-Olov
